標題[請益] 是不是日商都很不敢給錢

我有四年的半導體晶圓廠RD經驗，還有一年的光電廠經驗工作年資快六年今天去面試一家半導體日商，一開始說你很強很好，學歷也很好筆試成績也很優秀，最後跟我說可能沒辦法給你要的價，如果給你５０Ｋ你能接受嗎？　我當場愣住，然後說沒辦法，就發卡日商，過兩分鐘就被請出去了，這兩分鐘無非就是日本面試官跟我說在日本愈換工作薪水只會愈低，然後你也沒相關經驗，我心想都四年晶圓廠經驗還硬要說沒經驗，然後又說我們日本只要你換工作一律都以新人價敘薪，重點這裡是台灣又不是日本日商都這樣嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.205.167.197 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1408624807.A.333.html
