《國際金融》全球最大主權基金，放緩新興市場投資腳步

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】全球最大、挪威規模達8800億美元的主權財富基金，正逐漸放緩在新興市場的投資腳步。

彭博社報導，挪威主權基金執行長Yngve Slyngstad表示，該基金正在挑選一些新的市場，但進場的速度較年初時的動作放緩。

自2012年獲准將投資重心從已開發市場轉往他處，以提升投資報酬後，該基金就持續加速對新興市場的投資腳步。當時挪威政府批准新的投資策略，將歐股投資比重從54％調降至41％。

截至今年6月，挪威主權基金9.9％的股票與13.4％的債券，是出自於新興市場。該基金仍然認為中國股市是可以加碼買進的目標，將依據該國的合格境外機構投資人配額計畫提高持股。
