氣爆究責 高市四首長辭職明生效

因為氣爆箱涵與石化管線之事向高雄市長陳菊請辭的副市長吳宏謀、水利局長李賢義、工務局長楊明州及捷運局長陳存永，明天起請辭案生效。

高雄市政府今天發布人事異動案，四位首長在救災期間請辭，當時市長陳菊批准，但要救災告一段落後生效。現在第一階段救災任務已結束，重建業務也展開，四位首長辭職案從明（22日）生效。

陳菊同時指示，吳宏謀、李賢義、楊明州調任參事，陳存永改任秘書處處長，副秘書長陳鴻益兼代水利局長、副秘書長吳義隆兼代捷運局長、參事鐘萬順兼代工務局長，也自明天起同步生效。
