標題[問題] 生技業、化工香妝業 薪資 ???

幫表妹問一下~ 她大學農學院畢業一年多，在內湖一家 "XX生化生醫公司" 上班 雖然是叫生化生醫公司，可是其實是傳產(?) 公司是在做保養品 化妝品的代工OEM ODM~ 還有代理一些國外的食品 像是茶葉、咖啡、零嘴、雜糧、兒童玩具 她問我薪資和待遇合理嗎 因為我不是在這行 所以我也不清楚 公司7~10個人 家族公司 很小 每個人之間幾乎平行 直接向老闆負責 可說沒有職位差別 表妹負責代工部分 (有點化工廠+家庭代工的感覺) 學士起薪 32000 (未扣勞健) 碩士起薪 37000 (未扣勞健) 每天準時上下班 am 8:30 ~ pm 6:10 (不會加班) 沒有三節紅包 沒有任何獎金 沒有年終 沒有員工旅遊生育補助 你想得到的都沒有 只有勞健保 不知道這樣子的待遇算不算合理? 她自己說還算輕鬆，壓力比做大學研究助理小一點 但她不知道自己是該跟香妝品廠、化工廠做比較 還是跟生技業做比較 (我自己聽是像香妝品化工產業~ 工作上完全沒有生科生醫的東西) 還請板上大大開釋一下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.160.50.7 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408626568.A.242.html
