找核心肌群+腿部鍛鍊 搭配有氧效率更好... 我之前膝蓋會痛 一樣等到比較不痛就開始深蹲了! 把下背肌與腹肌練起來反而能使舊傷痊癒 記得上 護膝與護腰保護自己很重要 還有1小時起馬要游個1000~1500米以上才能勉強算是一般有氧! 但是仍然要看心率
