【記者陳金寶台北報導】即使在行政院江院長、衛福部及立法院國民黨團的保證之下，頂新正義油品還是爆出使用飼料用油。

台聯立委葉津鈴8日說，味全頂新集團毫無企業責任，每次有食安問題，味全頂新集團也一定出問題，在這次餿水油事件更是隱匿犯行長達一個月，政府無能，全民只能自力救濟，因此呼應張大春先生的抵制味全頂新行動，呼籲全民共同抵制黑心廠商。

立委葉津鈴表示，頂新正義油品早就有立委要求江宜樺院長要預防性下架，但立法院國民黨團六日甚至邀集衛福部、農委會、財政部三位次長召開記者會，為頂新正義油品掛保證，然而，這些保證根本沒有用，更是讓全民陷入無油可用的窘況。

立委葉津鈴指出，頂新集團就是賣「米糠油」起家，即使到中國發展回台投資之後，還是記錄不佳。2009年出口至中國的味全奶粉，被檢驗出「阪崎腸桿菌」。2013年監察委員調查發現味全「木崗專業牧場」標示上的牧場不屬於農委會登記管理在案的牧場。2013年11月3日頂新集團味全公司隱瞞混摻大統長基含銅葉綠素的橄欖油達19天。這次強冠餿水油事件，也是一樣隱瞞使用飼料油長達一個月。

立委葉津鈴認為，台灣每年進口動油脂高達12萬公噸，但是以食品進口的量只有2萬噸左右，10萬噸的飼料及工業用油脂的流向，一個月過去，主管機關都沒有掌握，如果主管機關肯用心查，可以推論台灣所有豬油產品，應該無一倖免，應該都有混油的嫌疑。

立委葉津鈴強調，在政府無能之下，只有全民自力救濟，以民間力量抵制黑心企業。因此，呼應作家張大春無限期全面拒絕味全頂新的行動，也呼籲全民抵制頂新集團相關企業所有商品，包含頂新製油事業股份有限公司、味全食品工業股份有限公司、台灣康師傅股份有限公司、順胜實業股份有限公司、頂伸貿易股份有限公司、正義股份有限公司、統一眼鏡、台灣之星電信等等。2014/10/9

雷射除肝斑 竟換來整臉反黑

（優活健康網記者張瓊之／採訪報導）一名44歲的黃小姐，從小開始就熱愛運動，卻從不進行防曬措施，直到近幾年雙頰出現明顯斑塊後，才驚覺狀況不對，開始防曬，甚至連走路都撐傘，就怕斑點越來越明顯。後來，在朋友的建議下，她接受的雷射除斑，殊不知術後眼睛下方，竟整臉反黑長達半年久，實在讓她苦不堪言。

荷爾蒙變化、自由基累積　是造成肝斑的主因

台灣皮膚科醫學會王朝輝醫師表示，斑是由皮膚內的黑色素細胞所製造出來的，而肝斑則是東方人常見的頑固型色素，好發於35～45歲的女性，且隨著年齡增長，肝斑的顏色也越深，是所有斑種形態中最難根除的。

肝斑形成原因主要可分為過度日曬、家族遺傳、荷爾蒙變化及自由基累積，且熬夜、壓力、生理期、過度洗臉等也會使得肝斑加重，一旦皮膚發炎後，天然防禦力減弱，膚質就會變差，進而加速肝斑生成、暗沉及膚色不均情況產生。

平均每3.3人中有1人具肝斑體質

在台灣約有70％女性具肝斑體質，其中隱性肝斑佔40％，可能因其膚色較暗沉或不均勻而在初期不易顯現，但經由長期日曬或作息不正常而導致肝斑現形，根據內政部戶政司103年8月人口統計，全台35至45歲女性約有2百多萬人，若以上述比例推算，平均每3.3人就有1人具肝斑體質，全台相當於有高達62萬女性陷入肝斑危機。

多吃葡萄籽、花青素　可降低肝斑復發率

在治療方面，過去多採用外用藥、口服藥進行治療，而現在大多則是採用雷射進行治療，王朝輝醫師表示，雷射後須加強防曬與保濕，不抽菸不喝酒，多吃蔬果，且應避免攝取含有動物性荷爾蒙（如：大豆異黃酮）、植物性荷爾蒙（如：蜂王乳）食物，並多吃富含抗氧化或維他命Ｃ食物，例如：Q10、葡萄籽、花青素、茄紅素等，才能降低肝斑再次復發的機率。

◆盤勢分析

美國周一(6日)出現開高走低的走勢，所幸拉回的幅度並不算深，亞股周二並未出現恐慌性賣壓，主要市場呈現漲跌互見的格局，至於台股則受到外資於期貨大布空單的影響，早盤開低走低重挫逾百點，不過在多方進場護盤下，台股終場僅以下跌54點坐收，收復九千點大關，成交量為746億元。

市場原本期待主管機關本周會提出新一輪的振興股市方案，可惜新方案還沒等到，卻先看到外資大舉布局期貨空單，周二台股成為亞股重災區，早盤一度重挫逾百點並且失守九千點整數關卡，所幸護盤資金並未讓投資人失望，10點鐘過後進場抬抬指數朝平盤回攻，不過由於市場觀望氣氛轉濃，投資人並未積極進場參與，終場台股只能暫守九千點關卡，無力助台股由黑翻紅。

好消息是，盤後資訊顯示外資已利用台股下挫回補部份空單，若下周台指期結算前，外資能快速回補手中未平倉空單，則選舉行情仍可期，建議投資人無需太早放棄，隨時留意行情的變化。
